Our stocks of BMW ( Yes the GERMAN made type) spares came about through the harder times in the late 90's when, with Alfa Romeo pulling out of Australia in 1996, no new models past our AR164 12valve, and with a range of the AR168 ( 164's in disguise) 24valve 3litre and even manual gearboxes, we needed to still purchase our italian made spares but also rely on a market to supply to.
